Acknowledgment of Service Billing Policy :
As an employee of Absolute Care LLC, I acknowledge that I have been informed of and understand the following
policies regarding service billing:
1. Hospitalization
If a client is hospitalized, I am not permitted to submit timecards for any days the client is in the hospital, even if I am present with the client during their hospital stay. Hospitals bill for all care provided during this time, and home care providers (Caregivers/DSPs/PCAs) are not authorized to bill for services rendered during hospitalization.

A Caregiver, Direct Support Professional (DSP), or Personal Care Assistant (PCA) is a trained individual who provides essential support services to people who are elderly, disabled, or living with physical, developmental, or mental health conditions. These professionals play a vital role in helping individuals maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life while living at home or in community settings.
Employee Fraud Statement:
It is a federal crime to provide false information on PCA/Waiver programs billing from Medical Assistant payment. You understand that it is your responsibility to ensure the accuracy of information entered in EVV/timecard. You verify that the time and service entered in EVV/timecard are accurate and that the service was performed as specified in the PCA/Waiver Care Plan.
