EVV Now Required
As of September 1, 2024, the Minnesota Department of Human Services (DHS) requires all caregivers to use Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) systems to document in-home or community-based services. For more information, refer to the Minnesota DHS EVV compliance policy. To meet this requirement, Absolute Care uses the Pavillio App , which is compatible with various devices, including smartphones, tablets, and computers. Absolute Care employees must use EVV to ensure compliance.

- For Apple Devices:
Download the app from the
App Store. - For Android Devices:
Download the app from
Google Play.
Once you’ve downloaded the app, log in using the unique username and password sent to you via email from pavillio.
- Logging into the EVV App:
Caregivers:Use your username and password to document services.
Clients: If you are signing timesheets on the caregiver’s device, you will need your unique PIN to complete the signature process. - Need Assistance?
